Dream You

Met you
Liked you.
Heard you
Want you

Saw you
Saw me
Thought you
Liked me

It was a close gathering of friends
And it was then when these things began
It was the beginning of the night
I watched the reddened last rays of light
There was soft discussion everywhere
And such Pleasant laughter filled the air

I was leaning against the wall
Smokey music from down the hall
I saw you pass by
With Your Jeweled eye
In bright orange tie dye
With long beaded thighs

Graceful lady drifting slowly
Gentle spirit smiling boldly
Drifting gently through my day dreams
Bravely heedless of how she seems

Fear you
Want you
Pine you
Need you

Told you
Told me
Thought you
Liked me

It was a close gathering of friends
It was late when things came to an end
It was the conclusion of the night
I watched the reddened new rays of light
There was soft murmuring everywhere
And much pleasured laughter filled the air

I was leaning against the wall
Smoking hashish from down the hall
That's when you passed by
With your downcast eyes
Lost your orange tie dye
Your long naked thighs

Graceful lady leaving slowly
Gentle spirit crying boldly
Drift so gently through my day dreams
Bravely needless of what she seems

Yearn you
Knew you
Found you
Lost you

Dreamt you
Had you
Not you
Dream you

Dreamt you
Had you
Not you
Dream you

Not you
Dream you
